Transfers of Equity and Title Queries

We can assist you if you wish to transfer your property into someone else’s name by preparing the necessary documentation, liasing with your lender if necessary, and completing the registration in the new name. We can also help if there are problems arising from Title queries, for example boundary disputes.

House Buying and Selling

Our dedicated team ensure that all your questions are answered and we will liaise with your mortgage lender, complete the Stamp Duty Forms and Registration documentation for you.
